Regional Manager

Heather McGarr, Regional Manager, supervises NLR Property Management’s Wyoming Portfolio. She interacts directly with the Community Managers to guarantee each property is performing to its ultimate potential. Heather was born in Orange County California but grew up in Wyoming. She graduated from Colorado Technical University with a AS in Criminal Justice; a passion of hers. She has held many management roles in her career, but, in 2013 her profession took a unique but exhilarating turn into the property management field. She began as an assistant property manager and then a short 3 months later she was promoted to property manager, she then joined NLR Management in 2015. Over the course of time she has honed her personal knowledge of governing HUD requirements, regulations and procedures for effective facility management. She has a solid history of problem solving, project management, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, computer knowledge, organizational abilities, strong sales/people skills, superb customer service and business experience.
